Today we had an early call enquiring about a replacement Rheem electric 250L hot water tank. The customer still had hot water but the tank was showing signs of rust and the water was starting to yellow; both signs that the tank is most likely on the way out. We got out to site and provided a quote. The customer gave the go ahead and we were able to install the new tank the same day. We installed the stainless steel model, meaning the tank won’t need any servicing and it will last longer! It really is ‘set and forget’. The customer was very pleased and was happy knowing there was no more risk of being caught out with no hot water!
