Tight little spaces under the stairs didn’t stop this Rheem hot water Installation in Balgowlah. We replaced the duo valve, pressure limiting valve and installed a tempering valve. On this installation we also Installed a Mildred safety valve which will cut the water off to the hot water system in the event of an emergency to stop flooding.
