About Northern Beaches Hot Water
Owner-operated by Adam — 25 years of plumbing experience, born and bred on the Northern Beaches. When you call us, you speak directly to the person who does the work.
Your Local Hot Water Specialist
Northern Beaches Hot Water is owned and operated by Adam — a licensed plumber and gas fitter with over 25 years of hands-on experience. Based in North Narrabeen, Adam has been serving the Northern Beaches community for over 15 years.
As a one-man operation, you get something the big companies can't offer: the same person who answers your call is the one who turns up at your door, does the work, and stands behind it. No call centres, no subcontractors, no runaround.
We install and service all types of hot water systems — heat pumps, gas (storage and continuous flow), electric, and solar. We also handle general plumbing maintenance including leaking taps, toilets, and showerheads.
Adam is recommended by Reclaim Energy for heat pump installations and uses premium components including Japanese condensers and 316-grade stainless steel tanks for maximum durability and performance.

Our Warranty — Your Peace of Mind
Labour-Backed Warranty
On our heat pump installations, we back the labour for the full life of the manufacturer warranty. If the manufacturer covers the part, we cover the labour. No questions asked.
Competitors: “15yr tank warranty, but labour only covered for 3 years.”
NBHW: “If the manufacturer covers the part, we cover the labour. For life.”
Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee
Every job we do comes with a personal guarantee on our workmanship. If something isn't right, we come back and fix it — no charge. That's the confidence that comes with 25 years of experience doing the job right the first time.
