Another heat pump installation we completed recently in Bayview, replacing an intermittent Rheem heat pump with a new Reclaim split system.
Here is another Heat Pump installation we completed recently in Bayview. The customer already had a Rheem heat pump that was starting to work only intermittently and was very keen to have a replacement with a brand new one. We installed a Reclaim split system with a 315L stainless steel Earthworker tank. Access was a little tricky with a large sloping block and steep stairs – a common occurrence in this section of the beaches! The old heat pump also needed to be cut in half for removal from under the house, making things even more tricky – but nothing we can't handle. We installed the compressor on an external wall not far from the tank which was installed in the same position as the old one. The controller was positioned close by for ease of use. We also organised all the paperwork and photos for the rebate. The customer was very impressed with the new heat pump.
