Today we got a call for no hot water in Newport. Our client had a house full of women for an upcoming wedding. After close inspection of the Rheem Stellar we found the thermocouple to be faulty. This was quickly changed out for a new one and the heater was back up and operational within the hour. Fast same day repairs.
